Wildblumen is German for wildflowers. This wine takes its name from the beautiful flowers that grow near the hillside vineyards. It comes from select vineyards in the famed Rheinhessen area in Germany.
The grapes are picked at optimum ripeness by hand and are fermented in temperature controlled tanks to ensure the clarity of fruit in the bouquet and on the palate. It has the perfect balance of sweetness to acidity which makes it a wine that is very versatile.
Ripe apricot and peaches with a depth of flavor make this riesling a perfect complement to food, or great to enjoy by itself!

As many wine educators online teach theory, I was in the trenches for decades, creating relationships with buyers, selling wine, and educating restaurant staffs. This website was designed for an Italian restaurant but I have other trainings elsewhere.
